Oggi, venerdì 25 maggio 2018 entra in vigore la nuova Legge Europea applicata da tutti gli Stati Membri della Comunità. Si tratta del Regolamento n. 679 del 27 aprile 2016, siglato RGPD, relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riguardo ai dati personali.
Le novità sono rilevanti, apparentemente complesse, e confrontandoci con l’Azienda che segue NOI Associazione nella valutazione della filiera e considerando le procedure attualmente in uso, siamo pervenuti alla determinazione di procedere gradualmente in tre step.

- successivamente, per concludere ogni altro passaggio.
L’introduzione graduale del nuovo regolamento europeo è calibrata innanzitutto sugli obblighi, tenendo conto delle urgenze, delle capacità di adeguamento, delle procedure in atto correttamente dai singoli Circoli/Oratori affiliati.
L’INFORMATIVA
Da subito disponibili i seguenti documenti:
- • Informativa per i singoli tesserati disponibile al login del gestionale NOI-HUB sotto ai campi user | password
- • Informativa per affiliazione 2018 disponibile al login del gestionale NOI-HUB sotto ai campi user | password
- • Domanda di adesione e rinnovo con liberatoria per l’utilizzo di immagini
- • Domanda di affiliazione 2018 aggiornata secondo la nuova normativa per la privacy e disponibile in area riservata per nuove affiliazioni e variazioni.
IL CONSENSO
La norma non richiede il consenso scritto, tuttavia occorre poter dimostrare di averlo ricevuto: conseguentemente diventa indispensabile raccogliere il consenso da parte dei tesserati. I Circoli che hanno regolarmente utilizzato la modulistica prodotta e diffusa dalla Segreteria nazionale (domanda di adesione personale/familiare) si preoccuperanno di raccogliere il nuovo consenso riferito alla nuova legislazione, a partire dal tesseramento 2019, per TUTTI i tesserati.
LA LIBERATORIA IMMAGINI E VIDEO
La liberatoria per l’acquisizione e l’utilizzo di materiale fotografico e video invece, che è volontaria per chi la sottoscrive, è obbligatoria per il Circolo, che la deve conservare nell’archivio.
